Как делают шу пуэр

Особенности вкуса и цвета
Визуально заваренный шу пуэр напоминает привычный черный чай. Готовый напиток отличает оранжево-коричневый цвет. У молодого шу древесно-землистый привкус. Чем старше чай, тем более он становится мягким, постепенно проявляются фруктовые или ореховые нотки. Кстати, многие считают, что нормальным является привкус рыбы, но это не так. Такое свойство шу пуэра говорит о нарушении технологии производства или хранения. Пить такой чай не стоит. Шу пуэр обладает различными полезными свойствами: он бодрит, повышает работоспособность и концентрацию, помогает снять стресс, а также оказывает положительное влияние на работу пищеварения.
